James is a financial advisor representative for Billingsley Financial Group in Oklahoma City, and Edmond, OK.

In that role, he offers guidance to individuals and small businesses about making the most appropriate use of investments and insurance products to achieve their financial goals. He particularly works with CPA’s, attorneys and community-based banks to provide a broader scope of services to the loyal customers who trust them deeply. James also enjoys helping people more clearly define their goals for retirement and then developing plans to make those goals a reality.

An Investment Advisor Representative, he holds life, health, and annuity licenses, as well as Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Also, Billingsley Financial utilizes strategies developed and managed by Signal Research Group and Plan Group Financial to bring active Strategic and active Tactical management to the client. James is a member of the Business Advisory Council at Oklahoma Christian University and a member of Quail Creek Golf & Country Club.

James is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Pre-Law, and lettered on the school’s varsity tennis team. When he isn’t working, you’ll find him on the golf course or the tennis court, or traveling with his family.
